At Fanta Machine we have Manual and CNC lathes and milling machines to fill many of your machining needs.
Thread rolling has been added in the last few years. Threads that are rolled instead of cut leave a smoother finish and are stronger because of the cold rolling forging process. With a quick turnaround and inhouse heat treating it lets us make custom lengths and sizes of studs. Metric, Inch, and mixed sizes are not a problem.
CNC lathes, from a Hardinge CHNC on the small end to a full 16" by 43" long 12 tool CNC lathe along with manual lathes up to 20" by 84" capacity, many of your turning jobs are done here and done well.
In house tool grinding lets us do custom jobs without having to send for many special tools.
With A 1/4" by 8 foot Shear and a 10ft by 135 ton Press Brake and many sheets from 16ga to 1/2" plate we can do many types and sizes of sheet metal work.
